| Problems
listening to totallyradio
|
*If the stream won't play
1. Check that you have unblocked pop-ups in your browser (tools/options/security).
2. Check that you have enabled "run script commands when present" in Windows Media Player (tools/options/security). Do this even if you are using the totallyradio player.
3 . If enabling "run script commands" does not work
deselect it and try making sure "asf files" under tools/options/file
types has the check mark next to it, and that the check mark
box is white, not grayed-out. If it's grayed-out, even with
the check mark, it will not play.
4. Check you have not selected high quality audio as a default
user preference while using a dialup modem connection.
5. Check you have the latest version of windows media player. You should also check your system specification; the minimum requirements are detailed above.
If you are still having problems please email us at support@totallyradio.com
with details of your operating system, windows media player version and any other relevant information.
*If
the sound quality is low
and you are using a broadband
or equivalent connection, check
you have selected high quality
audio as a default user preference.
*If
you are still having difficulties,
it may be a problem with
your ISP or with the totallyradio
server.
Please contact us and tell
us of any problems at support@totallyradio.com
